I'm only 21 and have vericous veins on my legs. I cannot believe this. Like seriously I'm only 21 my legs should look good. I should not have these. Its kind of embaressing. I just noticed them while in the shower shaving my legs. Any way to get rid of them?

That stinks. I don't know how to get rid of them, but I know to prevent them don't sit too long, and when you are sitting, don't cross your legs. Propping them up helps too.

I've got a few on my upper thighs and one on my ankle. I don't know if you can get rid of them or not.

Mine are hereditary, my Mom has awful ones on her thighs. They're tiny right now and they suck, I hate them but I really don't think there's a way to get rid of them. Pregnancy can also make them worse! Sorry!!

You can see a doctor about them and they can do something, not sure what kind of doctor or what they do, but my sis-in-law had hers taken care of.

I have gotten them behind my knees, darker on the right leg, during my second and third pregnancies. They went away within a couple of months after Lyla was born, and I am hoping for the same this time. Hopefully yours will disappear, too!

My friend had some sort of laser treatment done on hers. Another friend had to wear these really tight socks when she was pregnant cause the veins were so painful. Sorry you are dealing with this.
