So I have crazy sinuses at the best of times, so mix that with being pregnant and it being Hayfever season and I'm not a happy camper! I have TERRIBLE headaches every day ALL day and Panadol (tylenol) doesn't exactly work. I know this has been discussed before but are there any 'safe' medications for sinus relief/hayfever? The saline rinse (neti pot) does NOTHING by the way.

I'm going to go ask a pharmacist today, I really just want something for the short term as I am flying in just over a week and the immense pain I get when descending is unbearable and I will NEED something. Will buy ear plugs to help with the ears but something for sinuses will have to be sought

Thanks

My doctor said Zyrtec is one of the best, luckily my allergies have been decent so I haven't had to take anything. I've only taken Zyrtec once and it made me insanely tired.

Oh ok, I will mention to pharmacist if he/she doesn't. Thanks!
