So behind my knees swell and itch only at night time. Along with the bottom of my feet. I dont know what to do. Also, my tailbone feels horribly bruised and my legs get numb and go tingly alot. Any suggestions as to what I should do?

Well I have the numbness and tinglyness as we speak, I think just poorer circulation. I've also noticed my socks and shoes are getting tighter. I do think it's pregnancy related. I'm not sure about the swelling and itchiness behind your legs though
I am wearing socks that don't come up as far, and I try to prop my feet up as much as possible. At work I have a paper box under my desk. And at home I wear lose pants and no socks. Try using lotion, but make sure it doesn't have an fragrance, that will just make it worse.
I don't have the itchiness but the tailbone discomfort has been with me for 3-4 weeks already. It actually just let up this week...but before when it was hurting it felt pretty bruised and sitting down, even on a soft surface like the couch would be uncomfortable. Fingers crossed it'll get better for you!
So I was having issues with numb legs and talked to my OB because it was annoying and made me angry. He sent me to physical therapy where they said that it is probably related to baby pulling on my spine and pinching a nerve. Now I go to physical therapy twice a week and do a bunch of excersizes there and at home that really do help. I also have traction done twice a week to strecth my spine back out which is what helps most then at the end they do heat and Stim. I did physical therapy while pregnant with Nate too for sciatic nerve pain. Oh and the physical therapist actuallybtold me pain is better then numbness.
i get the tingly and gittery legs. It's restless legs syndrome. I had it before pregnancy and it seems to come around more since I'm pregnant. My mom said she had it when she was pregnant too. I just asked the ob about it and he only suggested tums for the calcium or tylenol pm to relax.
