I'm not sure exactly what these journals are intended to be used for but I am learning so much from researching on a daily basis I've decided it would be interesting to keep track of everything. Also, I don't want to forget anything that I've found to be important. So to start with I'm going to list some important things that I remember reading about even though I can't remember the dates and then I intend to update this on a daily basis with dates about what I learned for that day.

I used my journal in the last DDC to document the trials of pregnancy. I ended up having a miscarriage though, so now I am hesitant to start a new one for some reason. Plus, my sense of humor is weird and I am not sure that it fits in.
I think your idea is good too. It's a good way to document your preferences for later.
