This is DH's traditional Christmas desert! I make it every year and add whatever fruit I have on hand!

lurking from may, but i make something very similar.

It tastes, and looks really good if you use the rainbow marshmellows, they have a fruity taste and really give it extra flavor.

You can also use drained fruit coctail in it.

I make mine without the coconut. and i like it better that way.

might sound weird..but cottage cheese with it is good too! i didnt believe my step mom till she made me try it LOL
