I know I'm not really hungry but all day I have been feeling like I haven't eaten ALL day, even though I've eaten breakfast basically twice, then had some chips, then had lunch early. I was felt like I was starving like 20 min. Later! I know I'm not actually hungry but the empty burning feeling in my stomach is really irritating. I know if I eat too much I'll fill up too much then be sick from that, not to mention the calories ending in wt gain. Anybody else have this problem? What can I do?

Eat small meals/snacks, but also drink a LOT. And when you think you drank enough.....drink some more Sometimes when we have a "hungry" feeling it is actually that we are thirsty not hungry. I was kind of having the same issue and upped my drinking and I noticed I didn't have to shovel as much food in my face. I still am nauseous from time to time, but keeping either food or water in my belly has seemed to help that too!

I am having this issue at night. I eat dinner, and 20 minutes later I am starving, so I have to try and find healthy things to snack on. Last couple nights I have even woken up in the middle of the night hungry. It's crazy.

Me too. Night time is the worst. But while I am hungry, nothing sounds good to me either, so it is a real struggle.

This makes total sense b/c I know I never drink enough when I'm pregnant and have a tendency to dehydrate. I don't though b/c liquid beyond tiny sips nauseates me bad! I'll have to try it though.
