I had that throughout most of my last pregnancy. I had to wear a pantyliner every day. It's gross but quite normal :-)

Yuck, count me in. I guess it's pretty normal though...my OB said unless it was running down my leg (gross, I know), not to worry too much about it.

Fun, fun, fun!

Yup between the discharge and the peeing myself (I swear my bladder is completely ruined forever) I have to wear liners. After this baby I better start doing some mad kegals or I might be wearing liners from now on lol.

Do kegals really help with healing??
My baby book says to do them but, IDK how it would be helpful

Well I take progesterone suppositories each morning, so I have major discharge all day. It sucks.

I asked my doc about kegals last time. She said she thinks that they are more important after birth than before. I also saw something about how only 30% of women or something do them, but I'm not sure if that was before or after birth...

Start your kegels now! They do help, my doc told me I needed to do them, apparently I didn't do them enough when I was pg and my pelvic floor and my kegel muscles became very weak! I am doing kegels right now...lol! They supposedly help with birthing and then for healing afterwards!
