Awe I hope you're feeling better soon. I felt that way with both of my boys.. I cried over everything and was a total emotional mess. This time I haven't felt that way at all, not sure why.

I feel that way too. I don't know if it's because I'm pregnant or because it's cold and gray and ugly outside, but I've been pretty down for a couple weeks. I'm forcing myself to get out of the house today, so hopefully that helps. I hope you feel better soon- maybe find something that you usually enjoy doing and force yourself to go do it? (((HUGS)))

Just focus on the positive things when you´re feeling low
For instance, this is your sticky bean!! you should be over the moon about it!
And you have a boyfriend that loves you very much.
So kick those feelings out, get a cup of hot chocolate (mmm... choooocolate ) and do something you really like.
Remember this is YOUR time, it´s your moment to do whatever you want to do! because when baby comes, it´s not your time anymore.

I feel that way often... I think because I feel sick all day and night and am tired all the time... It really takes it's toll... It's hard to be happy and cheerful when you feel like crap!

I look forward to the 2nd trimester when I might start feeling better...

Ditto. I feel terrible. I think my issue is being sick all day too and tired all night. I balled like a baby today just wathcing TV. I don't get out much though because I am constantly sick, so that might be it too.

I get like that too, but I think it's only when I'm at work because I just want to be at home nesting with my DH!

I have ups and downs too. On Thanksgiving we were on our way to my parents when all of a sudden I was hyserically crying. Luke, my 21 mth old was making fun of me and DH was like whats wrong? I said I don't know and all he said was "your just pregnant" and that just made me laugh. It's really tough to have all these feelings!

Hang tough, you are not alone!

I am on an antidepressant so I am not feeling much blues, but I am much clingier and needy with DH. I think its normal. If you are for homeopathic remedies, look into fish oil for depression. They have a lot of good info online. I take a high dose and it keeps the depression at bay. I am on the antidepressant for panic attacks. I hope you feel better soon!

I get the pregnancy blues, I think this is my version of PPD, I have prenatal d...I don't get the PPD, the "baby blues" that other people talk about have happened to me minorly in the first two weeks as I've had more kids, cuz with more it is has been more tiring, but thankfully it goes away once I get less tired. And I think that has a lot to do with why I am so darn depressed in pregnancy. My hormones are wacky to begin with, add in the terrible morning sickness and now I'm fighting blood sugar issues as well as feeling sick and up to nothing. Then add in the fact that my body's doing something constantly (baking a baby) and I'm tired. Great all the factors that make me moody at the same time ALL the time! Yeah, pregnancy doesn't sit too well with me...and yet here I am, 5th time!
