Anyone interested in doing this with me??

Id like to try to stretch and walk, but I need a buddy to keep me accountable..

Heres the "schedule"
I found it on thebump.com

Before/After each walk, take 2 minutes to warm up with these moves:
ANKLE CIRCLES Stand on one foot, holding a wall or rail for balance. Flex your ankle and slowly draw big circles with your toes, completing 6-8 circles in each direction. Switch feet and repeat.
LEG SWINGS Stand on one foot, holding a wall or rail for balance. Swing your free leg forward and back from your hip in a relaxed motion. Repeat 10-20 times; switch legs and repeat.
ARM CIRCLES Stand while holding arms straight out to the sides. Circle arms backward 10 times; repeat in opposite direction.

Walking is great! I don't have my German drivers license, so if DH is at work I walk everywhere! I walk Jacob to school every day and pick him up and walk home every day as well!

I did it with my other 2. I walked 30 mins 4-5 days a week. I haven't started with this one because I'm more tired this time around. I'd love to start though

I'm really hoping to start going to the gym and using the elliptical and possibly a little running on the treadmill. I just need to have the energy after work to do it! It's getting too cold here for me to go walking outside other than walking the dog! I really think we should have an exercise group or thread to keep us all accountable!

I will try!
I walked all through my pregnancy with DS and I felt GREAT!
This time is a little trickier because it´s getting cooler and I may have to take DS with me (DH is going to college two nights a week), but I´ll try.
We can keep each other motivated

I would love to do this! I tried with DD, our schedules were so off that it was hard and it is hard right now too, because DH is in class a couple of nights a week and has a meeting one night a week that he goes to, it's hard to have a consecutive time frame to walk with DD - she likes to stop, fiddle around, or do other things...lol!

I think an exercise thread is a great idea!

Walking is hard, because if I take Rie with me, she wants to stop constantly and collect things etc... I end up waiting more than walking lol. I am hoping to start my prenatal video about 4-5 days a week.

I would love to try, but I have both of my boys and no double stroller... It makes it hard when the ride their bikes cause then I am chasing them in every direction... I might have to alter it some so I can walk on the days my older is at preschool...

I won't promise cause I don't like to be cold either...

As soon as I get some energy back I plan on getting active again. I feel like my life is being lived off my sofa LOL

I plan on using the treadmill. I also really really REALLY want to start my pregnancy yoga but by the time I get home I am ready to CRASH. Hopefully 2nd trimester energy boost kicks in soon!
