Is that stretching type pain that you feel in the ab area, but on the sides? Like when you cough/sneeze/move too quickly? Right? Boy I was feeling it last night a lot when I sneezed and coughed. And then in bed sometimes when I toss around, it hurts. Just making sure that's what it is and it's all normal... Oh and I've also been feeling it during Packer games. LOL I get too excited and I jump up from my seat and ouch!

Yes! If you know you're going to sneeze etc then try and curl over a bit... it helps!

Yup, I get that too - it can also happen without sudden movement...ouch! I agree, if you feel the sneeze coming on, try to curl up a bit - it really does help!

Yes if I remember, I will curl up! But sometimes I forget and ouch ouch! Does that eventually go away or do we have that for the length of the pregnancy?

Mine will just ache if I am on my feet at work too long. I'm also assuming rlp since it's what twangs and twinges when I cough, sneeze or move to quick. It's ouchie right now as I am coughing a lot today

Yep happens to me too. I kind of bring my legs up or curl up some if I can when I sneeze or cough.
