Help according to ultrasound tech baby was in perfect shape fluids were perfect cervix was a good length....and over the sudden says refrain from intercourse and heavy lifting andtry to see ur dr asap..its ur cervix...So i go see mydr n she says she didnt put the report in the computer but if it were urgent she wud have sent u to the ER my dr heard the babys heartbeat and sent mi home wat cud be wrg with my cervix? Help! Pregnancy #2
This is the main reason why u/s techs are not really supposed to say anything. I would make another follow up appointment with your doctor and straight up ask her if there is something wrong with your cervix.

Well if it is really urgent they will contact you as soon as they get the u/s results. Could be your placenta is to close to the cervix. I had placenta previa with my last pregnancy.
I would probably all back the reception of the ultrasound office and say what the tech told you and when you went to th Dr. they did not have the results. Maybe they can tell you if they were sent to your Dr. yet...
