Same thing happens to me. I'll have a day of movement then nothing. It's a little more regular this week, so I'm sure it's just because you're early. They still have so much room to snuggle in where you can't feel them.

Do whatever it takes for peace of mind, but also know that at this stage it's normal.

I definitely had times where DD would be really active and then a day or two where I would barely feel her or not at all. Chances are things are just fine, but I would definitely not say you're overreacting and you should never feel bad about going in to have things checked out. I went to L&D once with DD because it had been a while since I felt her move and all the hospital staff were so kind and reminded me that's what they're there for. Can't wait to hear an update. Praying everything is okay with little Emmy.

Agree with what the others said, but I also encourage you to get a doppler...it is so so nice to have the peace of mind

Something that works for me when he isn't moving much is to lay down flat with my back arched slightly. Like on a pillow. Then feel around your uterus with your hands applying gentle pressure. I can usually feel him roll slightly with this. Hope your nerves get calmed, it is completely understandable. Movement is always reassuring.

Do you know if your placenta is anterior at all? Mine is slightly anterior and I don't feel the strong movement I did with DS. Not yet.

prayers. Hope you either feel her move before tonight or get some peace of mind at L&D. Don't feel bad about going in; its completely justifiable; and this is what they are there doing their jobs for.

This happen to me further along with my son and I called my ob and she checked him and did a non stress test. He was fine of course. But I totally get the uncertainty and the anxiety that comes with it.

Don't have much in the way of advice or comfort, but just want you to know I'll be thinking of you! The worry that comes with pregnancy is agony!

So happy that you are feeling her again.

I agree with the others, your concern is completely understandable even without your prior loss. A trip to L&D is worth it if you get he reassurance you need.

So glad you got reassurance and she is doing good! I know it's worrisome when that happens and given your history it's totally normal to feel extra protective. Hugs.
