I did birth announcements with my first (DD) but not my second (DS). I was living with my parents when she was born so technically my mom did them lol. I probably won't do them this time either. We do plan on getting family photos done soon after he's born so we'll probably just send those to family and friends.

Can't wait to see pics of your's!

I have never done them.

When they persisted in questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, "Let the person among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her." John 8:7

I did them with oldest DD only because they came with the hospital photo package we bought, lol. I might make some this time because i have a thing for 20 free announcement cards.

I thought about it, but I really don't have a reason to. Especially when you have to buy like 10 or more.. I barely know enough people and my family doesn't feel that sort of thing is necessary. so, eh.

Thank you, .:Shortcake:.!!

I just proofed mine this morning and finalized the order. Luckily i used a friend to do the design this time instead of tiny prints or snapfish, and she sent me the envelopes a few weeks back so i could address them before baby arrived. Now all i have to do is stuff and seal 125 envelopes when they come in - so much easier this way!

I'm in LOVE with these designs...

Baby Fresh | Swoone

$40 is a little pricey....but I'll end up using the templates for clients so I think I might take the plunge .

I'm torn between using the "pea in a pod" and "new branch" designs for my own announcements....
