my first level is 146.....they told me to be cautiously optimistic.....and she will call me thursday morning since i get my second blood test tomorrow afternoon!

is 146 okay for around 5 weeks? (i think im early 5 weeks) i got my LMP messed up

I think it's fine. The average level to get a BFP is 25, some people not reaching that til they are 4 weeks, then doubling 2-3 days... Makes 50 at 4w3d, 100 at 4w 6d, and if you are just around 5 weeks, 150 would be perfect... Mathematically speaking. The doubling rate is more important than the number anyway.
