Delirious, seriously! What day of the week it is doesn't matter that much to me other than "Is DH home, or is he at work?" "Is it the weekend yet?!?"

Anywho...I am making baked crab rangoon (you know, those awesome puff things you can get from Chinese restaurants? Except I'm making a "healthier" version), sauteed broccoli/cauliflower/carrot mix that I'll put asian flavors on (ginger, garlic, soy sauce, etc.), and...my obsession of the past month or so...CHICKEN SAUSAGE. LOL! That might sound like a random dinner, but I seriously don't care. DH was supposed to clean up after dinner last night and left a mess (I cook, he cleans up...) so I am making what I feel like making and he can just deal with it.

I thawed some ground beef, but I don't know what the heck to do with it. Ugh! They can just eat leftovers for all I care.

I worked really hard on dinner tonight....using Pizza Hut online ordering system.

Did you ask yesterday when I made a nice dinner in the crockpot?!

Tonight I did the unthinkable, and went for Thai food with a friend once Max went to bed, so Adam only had to deal with Natalie for her last feed and bed time. It was so nice to get out, especially after she cried every waking moment today (luckily she still sleeps about half the day).

I'm totally impressed by all of you cooking these days. The most i've made is grilled steaks and roasted veggies. Thankfully I froze a bunch of meals so we still eat, when i remember to defrost something.
