So all i did was walk for about 45 minutes this morning. and now im having slight cramping around my ovaries area. Is this normal? Should i call the doctor? Everything looked great at my 8 week sono on monday, and they said I could exercise, but I dont like this feeling at all. Maybe I should wait til tomorrow and see if it goes away, but I hate that its gonna be the weekend, so i cant go in if it continues. Im just gonna pray it stops. It's not like me to worry. Just didnt know if you girls feel this way after exercising too, or if I should be concerned.

I would definitely take it easy. I knew a girl who had to have hernia surgery after she gave birth because she pushed herself too much.

Ditto on taking it easy. Your body's telling you that it might need less effort right now.
