So any BTDT mommas have navel hernias?? I got so big with Paige I ended up with a large navel (umbilical) hernia. My "innie" turned into a HUGE "outie" Before this baby my OB said it would probably require surgery but if I want more kids than it wouldn't be a good idea to have it done before hand so I didn't . Well now at 9 weeks, although I am huge, My hernia is SO bad. It has never 'bothered' me before this. Total normal innie, now if I bend and pick a baby up or move certain ways it "pops" out and I have to (TMI) push it back in. And omg it's starting to hurt. Is there anything I can do to help relive the discomfort?? I am allergic to adhesive so I can't put tape/band-aid over it. I'm looking for signs of incarceration etc. but omg it's starting to get so uncomfortable all ready! Any advice?

Maybe there is a band you can wear around your stomach...

I have an innie-outie so mine does the same thing minus the pain. Is there a band, or type of cloth you can put around your belly for awhile? Maybe rub cocoa butter on it. (Heals chapped lips and stretchies?) then again, I just love cocoa butter.
Missing baby Elliott Thomas since March 10th. I love you forever and always. <3
