I'll be making this on game day for my hubby, and if anyone here likes spaghetti, you'll probably enjoy it, too.
1 lb. ground meat
16 oz. spaghetti sauce (or tomato sauce and seasonings)
1 lb. pkg. spaghetti
Brown meat in a large skillet. Add spaghetti sauce. Simmer, stirring often. Break spaghetti into thirds and cook.
1/4 c butter
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta, cut into 2" cubes
Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour and add salt. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly, over med. heat till thickened. Add Velveeta a little at a time and stir till melted.
Pour half spaghetti into a pan, spread with half of the meat sauce. Add all of the cheese sauce. Add remaining spaghetti then rest of meat sauce. Add grated cheese on top if you desire, and bake for 20-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
