Feel like everyone can tell you are pregnant even though you know they can't? My girls started back to softball last night so we was seeing all our old softball friends and I'm not ready to tell everyone yet but I hated feeling like they all could tell. I honestly just look like I put on some weight in my stomach so I know they could not tell by looking at me but it was a feeling i could not get rid of. Maybe it's because I can't wait to tell them, who knows. Just wondering if anyone else feels the same way?
I've had that feeling, too! But only because my behavior has changed. I love coffee and am a sucker for a delicious martini, and I haven't had either one for two weeks, so I feel like my co-workers and a few friends are suspicious. But you're probably right, it's probably because it's on our minds all the time, right?
Indeed We're in the same boat. We will go directly from the basketball season into fastpitch...and I feel like everyone (on the team now) is looking and wondering when I will announce (maybe they've been tipped off lol)! I'm fluffy anyways - I always enjoy it when ppl look down at your stomach and guess how far along you are - NOT!!!! "Eye Roll" - AWKWARD!!! From my last pg w/ DD, I've learned it's easier to joke around to lessen the blow lol. I've used, "What, I'm not pregnant, I just ate a huge lunch." Or, "Do NOT eat the french fries - I did and must've had some type of allergic reaction - I'm all puffed up now!" It's funny to gauge the reaction
haha I feel the opposite. I am sick and snappy right now, so in public when I'm snappy I feel bad for whoever takes the brunt of it. I don't mean it to them personally, its usually just that I feel awful and am mad at the situation (like in the post office this am haha). But I know that they are probably just thinking I'm a grumpy witch! lol! At least if they knew I was pregnant, moody, and sick feeling they might not think much of it! oh well...
