I was like that a few weeks ago. It was when I wasn't sure what was happening to me.

Yes, my insomnia has vanished in the last couple of days. Now I take a nap with my 3 year-old in the afternoon and I still sleep all night. And then yawn the rest of the day.

Oh yes! Not really sleepy but just down right tired! When ds goes down for a nap I lay on the couch and rest, either reading a book or watching a movie.

I was passed out by 8 last night and most Friday and Saturday nights end pretty early much to the horror of my husband who likes to shut off all the lights and turn on a movie. Might as well just tuck me in when you do that!

I a totally I with you on feeling sleepy. Debated calling in sick this morning cos I felt so tired. I try to be in bed by 9/9.30pm. I yawn all day and could do with a nap after lunch. The sad thing is I have to be at the office at 7am so that I can pick dd up from school (she attends a Montessori school) at 3pm; if she stays later we'll have to pay more for their after school care;right now she goes to school from 8 to 12 and sleeps in aftercare from 12 to 3 when I pick her up. If it gets worse, I'll just have to go in later and close later. I just cringe at leaving her there for too long. But totally with you on the feeling sleepy ALL THE TiIME!

Same here I have been so exhausted. I try to take a nap. But, lately my almost 10 month old has been boycotting naps. I fell asleep in the car pick up line, while picking up my oldest boys from school.

I'm soooooo tired. I remember being tired last time, but not as much. I'd sleep all day (and night) long if I could!

if it's possible for you to take a 15 min nap, maybe that would help? Also maybe having something fun to drink or a snack might help, or getting up to take a short walk outside.

I feel you, earlier this week I was so tired that I could barely keep my eyes open at work, and we're at crunch time right now. Thankfully it passed and I'm doing ok now so I can finish up. If my body wants to be tired next week, that would be fine. (haha)

Yes, I am very sleepy! I fall asleep early on the couch every night while watching tv w/ DH, and have no problem going to sleep and staying asleep right after. i wonder how much of it is the cutting out of all caffeine from my diet!

I am EXHAUSTED! And this past week, Ryan has been refusing to sleep at night....only 2-3 hours/night. It's killing me! I was sooooooooo close to calling in sick this morning, but decided to suck it up and come on in. Luckily, the day is already half over and I can sleep in (if Ryan will sleep).
