The typical advice is to hold off eye exams until after you've had the baby. My vision didn't personally change, but I didn't swell, either. If you have a problem with swelling in pregnancy, your eyeballs aren't immune to it! They'll swell, too, and potentially change your vision. It would typically happen later in pregnancy, but some women start swelling as early as 20wks or so. I'd mention it to your dr and see what advice they give you!
