I tried to give Karaline a bottle last week but she was gagging and choking because the flow was too fast. I couldn't find another kind that I liked as much as the Tommee Tippee ones so I just bought new ones of those. Turns out I was right! When I tried the first time it was with a size one nipple that my older DD had used when she was a lot older, and she must have stretched out the hole! These new ones don't choke Karaline at all and she actually took a bottle last night!

I'm now eating steel cut oatmeal and powering through lots of water so I can get my supply up to pump!! Freezer stash here I come!

We just bought new bottles too. All of my other children did well with Avent bottles, but he has used them twice and both times he spit-up/puked right after. The milk just comes out too fast for him. We had friends watch him the other night and they ended up giving him 8 ounces in one feeding! So he projectile vomited that, what a waste! The LC recommended the Ventair standard nipple bottles, so that is what I picked up. I hope they work!

I have about 20 ounces in my stash so far.
