Anyone else have one or had one before with a pregnancy? The OB just showed me that I had it on my left ovary, it's the ovary I ovulated from and she measured it and didn't say anything else.
I'm guessing this is normal, right? and typically dissolves on its own.

Yes! They are not only totally normal in pregnancy, they are functional and necessary. The CL cyst actually sustains the pregnancy until the placenta completely takes over. Once the placenta is fully functioning, the CL cyst's job is done and it will go away on it's on!
