Internet friends and DH know already.
Family, infertile friends and close friends will find out/get a head's up if/when I have a heartbeat ultrasound (around 7-8 weeks I'm guessing), and I'll tell most other people (extended family, boss, other friends, church, neighbors, dog park buddies) at 11-12 weeks (depending on when I get the second ultrasound). I'll have to tell the world/facebook before 15 weeks because that's when my sister is getting married and I don't want to steal her thunder and there is no way I won't be showing then. I was showing a little bit at 9 weeks last time!
I've told my DH and best friend/sister and JM friends. I'm watching my handicapped sister for 5 days this week while my parents are in St Maartins, so I'll tell them when they get back. I'm really the only option and she's all of 55 pounds.
Family will probably be told around 8/9 weeks (or heartbeat ultrasound) because they all know we've been trying. DH will tell work at 13 weeks and everyone else will find out as late in the game as possible. I tend to have mid to high risk pregnancies, and I can't handle people trying to help before I really need it. I'll end up relying on them enough at the end, I don't want to pester them in the beginning. I do team-teach at church with a lady who is also pregnant, so it might be hard to keep it from her. We waited until 21 weeks with my first and 16 with my second (when we knew the gender) before telling most people we knew.

My side of the family already knows. I told them last week. DH's side will find out this week... they're more blabbery than my side lol. A couple friends know... 3 to be exact. One of them walked in to our apartment when we were reading the hpt... hence why he knows. I told my boss today, just in case something happens. We've been dealing with a lot of crap at work lately with different employees, and I did want something bad to happen and them not know why. Not that I anticipate anything bad to happen (positive thinking!). We may tell a few more friends in the upcoming weeks, but the rest of the world will find out after my first ob gyn appointment in 4 weeks

we told immediate family and my 2 closest friends. i also told my march 09 PR girls, who are like family to me. everyone else will find out at ~12 weeks. i'm not sure if i'll get an early u/s this time. where i live, they only do the standard scan at 20 weeks. i got a 10 week one last time only b/c my cycles were so irregular, so they wanted an accurate EDD. since my cycles this time were ~24 days, i'm hoping to get a 10 week scan again. if we see the heartbeat, i may make the announcement then.
This is our very first pregnancy so DH and I haven't told anyone yet- But it's really difficult! We went to a big family dinner last night and people were asking questions about when/if we wanted to start a family.... It feels so strange to sitting around with family knowing that I'm pregnant and no one else in the room has a clue that we have a secret that's going to change their lives so much! This will be the first grandchild and niece/nephew
I think we'll tell family at Easter (10 weeks) and tell close friends around 12 weeks.
