I went to the hospital for monitoring last night and a nst and everything looked good, which was reassuring. I go to the OB's office tomorrow morning for another detailed ultrasound that also measures blood flow. I talked to my OB again yesterday and he confirmed that it was knotted as well and gave me more details about the plan. So if nothing has changed on Monday, I will start going to the hospital for about an hour or two each day for the steroid shot and monitoring. I will continue that routine until a: something changes with the cord, or b: he is born. So I don't need to officially be admitted until they decide it is better for him to be born. His goal is to make it to 36 weeks, at the least 34. I feel a bit better after one round of monitoring. I know it will b a pain to go to the hospital every day ,but at least I will mostly be able to be home and continue my routine with my family.
Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers ladies. All of your responses were so sweet and have really helped.

I think the monitoring everyday will give you a lot of piece of mind.
Now it's just getting him to bake for a while longer!!

I think the monitoring will help keep your stress down a lot. And glad you get to stay at home with your family too. Glad you got some more answers and a plan of action!

Sounds like a good plan! It has to be a relief to check on him everyday, even if it is a pain.

Thanks ladies. I feel a lot less stressed out today. I'm looking forward to the ultrasound tomorrow morning and getting to talk even more to my OB.
