I know this is a big no-no, but just wondering if any of your babies sleep better on their tummies. Cooper has been restless at times during the night, and as soon as I put him on my chest he falls right asleep. Perhaps he would sleep better on his tummy?

Avery loves it but I only let him do it when he's on me, I'd worry too much if he was on his tummy in his crib I know some people do go ahead and do it

Most of the moms I know allow their kids to tummy sleep. Some during the day only, some all the time. I let Alice, but she never had any issues. Winter has decided she likes to sleep at an angle so she has the snugabunny. She does enjoy tummy sleep, but only on her daddy's shoulder or chest. If she's on me, she wants boobs. lol

I bet Lucy would love it also but it's so drummed into us that they could be at higher risk of SIDS if they do so I don't bother. Unless its on my chest during the day

Robby sleeps on my chest all night on his tummy. Like you, I am very tempted to let him sleep that way by himself, because I know he would stay asleep in his bassinet in that position. I'm considering it, but also fearful.

Mason is the same. He sleeps great on his tummy so we let him when he's on our chest or if he's napping right next to me. If we were having huge tummy issues then I'd try it even at night. We slept on our bellies as babies and did great so I would if I needed too.

Both of my babies have been tummy sleepers. I wish I could have back sleepers. Laying ds on his back is the one sure fire way to wake him up. Dd was the same way. That is why we invested in the angel care monitor that will sound an alarm if they stop breathing. It gives a lot of peace of mind.

Conor sleeps on his back...but loves to be on his side. When he naps on us he is obviously on his tummy but I assume he likes it because he can feel our HB's.

She likes sleeping on her tummy but I only let her during the day. I'm too nervous to let her at night or without me being in the same room.

I was just pondering this last night too. So in her snugbunny I had her sleep on her side last night and she went from waking up every two hours on her back to waking up every four hours side sleeping. I feel so refreshed today.

Nate is going to be a tummy and side sleeper. He hates laying flat on his back. The pnp he naps in is elevated with a towel and he sleeps in his bouncer at night. If he naps on us, he's on his belly or side in my arms. I'd put him on his belly but want him to gain some better neck control first.

We let her sleep on her tummy only during the day for naps. She prefers it but I'm still too scared to put her down for the night like that.

I only let her tummy sleep if she's on my chest and I can keep an eye on her. But she holds up her head SO well that I can't imagine it'll be long before I let her sleep on her tummy if she prefers it. For now though, she's pretty complacent sleeping on her back in her crib. I'm so happy!! She's such an easy baby. (She takes after me!)
