I started putting only one in at night but I don't think I'm getting up far enough. when I wake up to pee there is oil when I wipe. I tired last night to put it up there even higher but it's not so easy without help. :/
it doesn't come out enough to get on the bed or panties but it is only one. Anyone else? or any suggestions on how to get it up there higher...
What exactly does the Evening Primrose do? And how do you apply it?
It's a misconception that it helps you go into labor but what it does is helps soften your cervix which makes it easier for you to dilate. So in theory makes it easier and faster for the baby and your body to dilate and efface your cervix. So from what I understand is once real labor starts it makes it go faster and easier. AND might even help you go into real labor a few days earlier then you would have... This is all based on what i've read.
LOL sorry i just saw her link... You can read that if you would like.
Thank you for the wonderful siggie.

I always wore a pad overnight, for the leaking. It gets worse the more you put up there. It's normal though. And it doesn't actually start labor, it just supposedly makes it easier for your cervix to dilate and efface. I used it with DD and I really think it helped make my labor shorter. (8 hours total for a FTM.)
