I love fruit smoothies, but I don't make many I love since my smoothies are all experiments for the most part. Yesterday one of them actually worked! DH even drank some. So here is the recipe if anyone wants to give it a go.

2 scoops fat free frozen yogurt
2 c orange juice
1 c strawberries
1 c blackberries
2 tb sugar(optional)

Blend till smooth, serves 2. Tangy and so good!

Yum! I love smoothies, I made one two nights ago and it was so good. I don't have exact measurements but it was:

Plain yogurt
Frozen strawberries
Frozen peaches
Vanilla
Sugar

That sounds good! I'll have to remember it when Winter is weaned. She doesn't like peaches.

I have a bunch of frozen fruit just for smoothies. That way I don't need ice. I'm sure any fruit would be good.
