This is an easy dish that is a hit in our house!

1lb ground beef
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 jar pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag tater tots

Brown the beef and cook with peppers and onions. Drain. Pour into a casserole dish and mix with pizza sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese. Top that mixture with the bag of tater tops and then sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Cook this in the oven according to the directions on the tot bag.

This is a recipe my boyfriend found in a magazine and came home wanting to try. I was skeptical at first, but it's yummy! I was particularly impressed with how well it reheats in the microwave. Usually for me, tater tots are a no-go after being refrigerated overnight and then nuked, but this reheats to be almost the same as it is the night it's prepared!

Thank you GraysMama for my gorgeous siggy!

Sounds yummy! I bet my kids would love this, I would just have to leave out the bell peppers (they don't eat them). Thanks for sharing!
