Any one have any ideas for stress relief / relaxation during pregnancy? We planned and are thrilled about this baby, but I do have lots on my plate right now. I tend to carry a lot of stress and am worried about it hurting my bean. Anyone have anything they do to take it easy?
Meditation and yoga are both great because they force you to be in the moment, and not worrying about what is going to happen... For me the worst stress right now is worrying about this little bean and if it's going to stick with us. I have to spend lots of time giving myself positive pep talks, staying busy and just forcing myself to assume the best. Exercise is great stress relief... the other thing that helps a lot is having a project that's just fun that I can spend free time working on. As long as it doesn't add MORE stress it's a great idea!
