Several times a day I feel twinges in my belly. Not gas or round ligament pain, but not definite kicks. I want to say they are flutters, but they aren't very comfortable. Sometimes I have to stop what I'm doing until the feeling passes.

Part of me hopes it's the baby dancing around in there and another part of me worries that kicking is going to hurt later in pregnancy.

I feel the same thing, it's not in my lower abdomen/groin area which is where I understand round ligament pain is supposed to be felt. I felt the twinges this morning a few times when I was waking up. Definitely a new feeling....

When i first felt flutters i wasn't sure because i never felt them with DS but now i know that's what it had to be. It can be hard to tell. They've never been uncomfortable for me.

Kicking certainly does get uncomfortable in late pregnancy, but shouldn't be yet.

It shouldn't be uncomfortable just yet, certainly later in pregnancy movement can. I sounds like it could be BH. They start pretty early in pregnancy, but not everyone will feel them early and some women, especially FTMs, won't feel them at all. But, they can be uncomfortable even early on. I've had several BHs, starting several weeks ago, that have been uncomfortable, but not painful. I hope you feel the definite, unquestionable movement soon!

I have had the round ligament pain around my belly button but I did not have that with my first child..... It does not always feel too good but when the baby moves it does not hurt me yet later on it will....
