My boobs really don't hurt all that much unless: 1) I'm at the gym and they bounce at all. I'm off running right now so at least that helps. 2) When I take my bra off - it's killer!!!!

Does anyone else sleep with their bra on? I know Becky says she sleeps in a sports bra. Do you think this constricts them?? Or is it just supportive??

Would it be weird to wear a bra in the shower?

I don't think I could handle a regular bra at night.

Does the shower hurt? That's pretty much the only time I'm NOT wearing a bra!! They're just so heavy and full right now that when I take my daytime bra off they just ache and it feels good to put the sports bra on... I don't wear a tight, bra-that-I'd-actually-workout-in bra to bed, it's more of a tank with support... that keeps me from waking up in pain when I roll over in the night!

I have random shooting type pains as well as pain with any kind of pressure... poor DH... he's so sad about not being able to play with the ginormo boobs!!

As a side note... I've read and been told that if you're large chested then you should always wear support to bed as it decreases stretch and sagging...

Mine don't hurt either. I do remember during my last pregnancy that at some point I started wearing a sports bra to bed because laying on my sides they just were so uncomfortable. The sports bra really helped. Then from sports bra to nursing bra. I was in a bra 24/7 for quite some time. lol!! I haven't started wearing a sports bra yet this time around...

I always wear a soft, low impact sports bra to bed... Supportive but not compression..
