Right I do belly dancing lessons to keep fit & healthy, and reeeeeeeally want to carry on during pregnancy to keep my energy levels high, it dont get breathless or anything so would it still be ok do them them whilst pregnant I'm only 4+5days & Ive only got the lessons till about the end of june time. Would dancing harm my baby atall?
Nope! I did yoga until about 7 months pregnant with my DD. Most OB's don't advocate that you BECOME very active once pregant if you weren't prior to, but it's fine to keep up your prior activities for as long as you feel physically able to.
You'll know when it's become too much...
