I'll be 19 weeks tomorrow, and the last few days my discharge has been kind of a light brown color. Now just when I wiped, there was a brownish discharge on the TP. I called my doctor and the nurse was very much like, "Oh, that's no big deal, happens all the time, don't worry about it..." Which is hopefully true but I don't like being written off without being seen and just told that everything is fine. Has anyone else had experience with this?
I'm so sorry. I haven't experienced it after 8wks, but it's usually true that brown blood is no concern. I wouldn't allow them to write you off if you're still feeling uneasy about it,however. When's your next appt? If it's a couple of weeks away, I would insist on being seen for your own peace of mind if you need to.

My next appointment is next Thursday, so a little over a week ago. I was just there last week with pelvic pressure, and they did check me out and my cervix was nice and closed and everything. I hate be the annoying girl who is calling and coming in all the time though. I'll just watch it for now but if it gets worse or is accompanied by any cramping I'm going in!
We did DTD on Sunday, so it could be from that. Also, on my 9 week ultrasound there was a subchorionic hemorraghe, and I was told that I could have spotting from that and not to be alarmed....but that was 10 weeks ago and I never had any spotting until now...I was hoping the SCH was gone.
