So lately I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping. I am usually a back sleeper and for the few weeks that I've been trying to sleep on my side I just can't get comfortable. I try to use a body pillow but that doesn't help. Often I'm tossing and turning all night to the point where light is coming through the window and I hear birds outside.

So now my sleeping is all messed up. I'm ususally exhausted at work and I tend to take a nap after work. And I do eventually fall asleep at night but I haven't slept six straight hours in the past two weeks. Well except today. I was so fatigued and felt sick that I had to call off work just to get more sleep. And unfortunantly, the person who answered the phone wasn't the secretary and only works a few hours a day. I couldn't really think to ask for my boss and I pretty much fell asleep right after the call. The person forgot to tell my boss that I called off and I got an angry call around 3 pm.

Any advice for sleeping better?

I wish I could help, but I have the same problem. Have you tried Unisom or Tylenol PM? Those are pretty safe and can help make you drowsy at bedtime. I find they don't really keep me asleep for long though. I think it's a common complaint during pregnancy, but that doesn't make it any easier

I hear you. I toss and turn all night too. I never sleep more than 3 hours at a time. I am so tired today. I just wish I could sleep. I haven't slept well since I became pregant.

I feel ya girl. My back has started to hurt too, from tossing and turning. And then if you forget your belly is GINORMAS, and try to turn over too quickly you get the RL pain. We have leather couches, which I've never been a fan of, but lately I've been sleeping on the love seat because I cant get comfortable alone in my bed, and because I've been so HOT that the cool leather helps too. Maybe try the couch? Good luck!! Only a few more months! We can do it!! *hugs*
