Let me preface by saying that usually I have my own recipes for stuff but lately I have been looking for some new stuff to make! I wasn't thrilled with the pancake recipe I had been using so I tried this one out on a whim and OMG they are honestly the best pancakes I've ever had!

The ONLY thing I added differently was a teaspoon of vanilla, but thats because I always do when making pancakes!

These were a huge hit at my house!

They are also just as good to make exras and freeze them for later! I do this a lot and put them in individual baggies!

I used to make Alton Brown's pancake mix and it was just so-so, I'll have to give this a try.
