actually yes I have to do the same thing..granted Im fairly large for dates right now so maybe thats why..Im a little on the plus side to begin with and no idea if that has anything to do with it or not..LOL..but yea..the joys of pregnancy have hit me full force..I also have to sleep with pillows between my knees and under my arm..sciatica is at its worst..both hips now.. and carpal tunnel abound..LOL..is it sept yet? LOL
Yes! Well, more finagle the baby really. I either pee tiny amounts every hour, or I pee when I need to and get a lot of abdominal pain unless I hoist the little guy up and out of my pelvis. And then, I have to keep hoisting for like 15 minutes after or the pain comes back!
The weirdest thing is that having to pee doesn't feel the same as pre-pregnancy. I never get the feeling of having to go, just a tight and painful low belly. Not going to miss this symptom At All!
I'll have to try your lean forward technique, maybe that will help.
I just have to lean forward to get it all out, but I think it depends on how baby is positioned, because I don't always have to do it!
I don't remember having to ever do this when I was pregnant with Keira, she was always really high up in my belly, with this baby I can feel kicks down low all the time so I have a feeling she likes hanging out down there instead lol.
I haven't experienced this, either! Like Krista said, though, it's always a possibility that it could happen if it hasn't in previous pregnancies, so I'm glad you're sharing so I can be prepared that it's normal in the event that it does occur!

This bub is really low this pregnancy and although I'm not lifting it definitely takes a bit more "effort" to "get it all out" so to speak. As soon as i think i'm done, i have to 'try again' just to make sure and 98% of the time i was totally not finished the 1st I also have just the low heavy feeling when I need to go. Love the nights when you wake "OMG I GOTTA PEEEEEEEE"
