I have not had any spotting what so ever since I ending my LMP before getting pregnant. Saturday I had some mild brown-tinged CM, and then today I have some mild brown-tinged CM... SHould I be worried?????? I am kinda freaking out since I almost miscarried my DD twice around this same time line.

I know it's way easier said than done, but I would try to not worry. It could be any number of things, the vast majority of which don't hurt baby and do not indicate baby is not doing well. Especially brown spotting without any major cramps, I'm sure you're fine. I would call your OB just to let her know and see if she wants to see you.

Sending T&P your way. Hopefully your OB can give you some peace of mind.

Are you having any cramping? I was going to say the same thing, I think as long as it stays brown, you should be fine. But like Lucy said, doesn't hurt to let your OB know and see what they say. I'll be thinking of you and I hope everything is ok!

No cramping, but just small amounts of brownish CM when I wipe. I called the dr and am waiting for them to call me back....

Well the nurse just called back and said it could be from a number of things... asked if i had sex recently... "umm no, I'm to freakin scared to. Haven't had any since conception. Next... " Exercise, walking around... nope, not walking alot.

Now I am to go home and lay on my left side, get plenty of pelvic rest, and drink plenty of fluids.... I wish I had a fetal doppler.

I hope everything is okay and it probably is, but I know it's always worrisome. My old peri told me: if it's brown, slow it down; if it's red, stay in bed.
Keep us posted and I hope it goes away.

I have it off and on. Sometimes if even happens when I do something as simple as a few loads of laundry. The bending over and carrying the full baskets is too much for me. Go home, kick back and try to relax.

Hope you're relaxing a little better now. I know it's easy to say, but brown blood doesn't have to mean anything. Don't get me wrong, if I had it I'd be worried too. Keep resting and let us know how it goes.

The fact that it is brown and no cramping is a good sign. Implantation actually takes the whole first trimester so baby is burrowing in nice and snug and the placenta is starting to form and attatch to the uterus so some spotting is completely normal. However, I know how hard it is not to freak out!

I went home last night and layed down on my left side as instructed..... My side actually went numb from laying on my side for so long. I even ate dinner laying on my side. Call me paranoid or what, but I wanted to make sure to do as instructed. lol.....

I'm trying to hang in there... and trying to stay off of my feet as much as possible (even though I am at work)..... The spotting has stopped for now... but it seems to be skipping a day in between.... so hopefully there is no more.... its so scary no matter what.. I went ahead and ordered a fetal doppler this morning, so hopefully I can get my hands on that, and hopefully I will be able to hear the baby's heart beat. I think that will put me more at rest than anything.

Thanks ladies for all the T&Ps.

I experienced that with my last pregnancy and I know how scary it is but everything turned out fine. I am glad you are feeling better and trying to get the rest you need!

I'm happy it stopped and a fetal doppler sounds like a great idea.
