I get three months, but will be transitioning to another job that is only a few hours a week... So depending on how that works I'll either take leave or quit and be re-hired. I'm hoping to eventually go back to full time with the company I work for, in a few years when our kids are bigger.
I get 12 weeks, you use short-term disability and vacation time for pay. Seeing that I have an 11 month old and I used both of these up on his maternity leave, I haven't been able to build them back up and I'm a little worried about how many hours I'll be able to be paid.
