2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
approximately 3 cloves garlic (can adjust to taste or omit completely)
4 table spoons butter
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup Marsala wine
heavy whipping cream
Heat butter in skillet
In bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, oregano
Coat chicken in flour mixture, add to skillet and brown on one side and turn
chop garlic and add garlic and mushrooms to pan
Pour in wine, cover. Simmer until chicken is thoroughly cooked
Remove chicken from pan, set aside
add a splash of heavy whipping cream and corn starch and stir to thicken remaining sauce
Once thickened serve chicken and sauce over pasta of choice (I like angel hair pasta best!)
