The night after you make ribs, take the leftovers and throw them in the crock pot with a jar of BBQ sauce, a whole can of CRUSHED pineapple, and a sliced onion. I don't have measurements for the sauce or ribs but basically the sauce should cover the ribs, you want it to be nice a saucy. .
Let it cook on low for quite a few hours (the longer the more tender) until it's falling off the bone.. I usually do 4-6 hours. Take a couple forks, pull it apart (it'll just fall off easily) and throw the bones away. Serve on hamburger buns or Hawaiian sweet rolls.
