My mom has been making these for christmas since before I can remember, and they are my all time favorite cookie in the entire world.

You need:

2 sticks of butter
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups flour
dash of vanilla extract
2 cups mini chocolate chips
About half a bag of unwrapped hershey kisses.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Take the softened butter, and cream it with the sugars. Add vanilla extract. Slowly mix in the 2 cups of flour until it's all blended. Add mini chocolate chips. Once the dough is all mixed together, take some of the dough, and wrap it around one hershey kiss to form a ball over it. Do over and over until you have gone through all the dough, and you have all your cookies rolled up into balls and filled with hershey kisses.

Bake on 350 for about 10-15 minutes. This is my time, but every oven has cooked them differently, for some reason, so check at about 10 minutes and then add a few more minutes if needed. They are done when they are golden brown and starting to crack.
