So I may not be feeling kicks yet, however, I've been having ALOT of pressure in my lower abdomen. Directly over the spot where I can find baby's HB.

I'm wondering if this pressure/pulling is baby switching positions and that's what I'm feeling through the anterior placenta. OR, if its RLP (round ligament pain).

I thought what I'd experienced a few weeks ago was RLP but I think I'm truly experiencing it now. It is painful at times and definitely midline.

Anyone else experience this?

My round ligament pain doesn't feel like pressure... its pain. Sharp, stabby pains. Typically on my right side.

I actually posted something about how baby keeps me up all night because of the crazy pressure he/she puts on different parts of my abdomen. So you're not alone!!!

Baby at this size wouldn't cause you pain, and it's still so small that switching positions wouldn't be felt as pressure, more like flutters. They still have lots of room to move around without even touching your uterus, but that will soon change!! It's probably your uterus stretching and growing. If you have an anterior placenta and this is your first baby, I wouldn't get your hopes up of feeling anything until 20 weeks at the earliest.

I have a lot of pressure down low right now. I think it's most likely just the uterus expanding. Round ligament pain feels more like someone just stabbed you. I get that more when I move too sudden or sneeze or get up from sitting down. It feels like a muscle just ripped. I haven't had a lot of that yet, but I did with Akadia.

Hey Hannah - I'm feeling kicks now all of a sudden so maybe with all the pressure/stretching, you'll start feeling them soon too! It was literally overnight for me!
