Where does your baby sleep, ie baby's room or your room? Does baby sleep in a crib or something else? If baby is in your room, when do you see yourself moving baby to his/her own room?

Jacob is in our room right now. He doesn't like to lay flat so he has been sleeping in his swing. He will nap in his vibrating chair. He has never slept in his co-sleeper..lol. We will probably move him to his own room around 6 months.

Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy

Cole sleeps in his crib in our room and probably will until he is on a 1 nap a day schedule (1-1.5 years) because he and Chase will share a room so they will need to be on a very similar sleep schedule.

Thanks so much *Kiliki* for my awesome summer siggie!

Kira sleeps in a rock and play next to the bed. We'll probably move her into a crib into the nook off of our bedroom when she's consistently sleeping through the night (or outgrows the rock and play, whichever comes first).

In order to move her into her own complete room, we have to turn hubby's office into a bedroom and to do that, we have to remodel the basement to create a new office. So, uh, that ain't gonna be anytime soon. Maybe in a year?

Cody sleeps in his crib in our room. We will keep him in our room until he is 6 months or a year. I like having him in our room.

Grant is in our room, usually in our bed or the rock n play. He will stay in our room for at least a year.

JR is in our room, in our bed. He'll move out whenever he's ready.

Thanks to Claire1979 for the terrific siggy!

This is my first "New Mommy" answer! Jax naps in a variety of places, because I'd like him to be able to do that long term. So we rotate between crib, bouncy seat, swing, etc. At night, he sleeps in my room in the Rock and Play or we bed share. We moved Jake to his crib at two weeks, but I can see myself keeping Jax in my room for longer. I'll play it by ear though.
