It's just a stomach bug, but holy crap, I feel so pregnant. If there was ever a moment when I even considered trying for a boy, that moment is gone. Never ever again; I am so tired of vomiting. I can tell I have lost at least 5 lbs today from nothing more than loss of fluid. I guess if there's anything good about it, that's it.

Lol, don't worry, Arwen -- I have a boy, and I had little to no morning sickness.

Sorry you are feeling so bad. I hope it gets better soon. Take good care of yourself (hard with two kids and a household, I know!).

No Ms here with my boy! Makes me scared to try for a girl. I have a vomit phobia ...

I dunno. I have hyperemesis, and it is a hereditary thing. My sister has a boy, and she was sick as a dog. Sicker than her girls. My grandmother was just as sick with my dad. My last pregnancy I had 9 ER visits(8 for fluid), one ambulance ride, a week long hospital stay that wasn't for birth, and emergency surgery to try and stop the vomiting. It ended with 3 failed epis and completely natural childbirth. Not going to risk it. lol

Oh! I thought you meant specifically that a boy would make you sicker, but you might've meant another pregnancy in general. I wouldn't do it again, either, if I suffered like that!

I wouldn't either. Like I said. Vomit phobia. I think I would need to be committed if I threw up like that. I almost have to be committed throwing up just once. =/

Luckily I haven't thrown up in probably about 12 years. (knock on wood)

I spent 6 years trying to have babies so I'm sad each cycle I see you haven't conceived, but at the same time I am so glad you aren't sick! lol You are far braver than I. I was in a bad place this last time. I had such horrible thoughts that I'm sure you are aware of. Maybe after I have my degree I can star in 15 minutes of "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant." No nausea, no weight gain, no anything pregnant. Just one perfect set of boy twins. They will be born March 15th, and both will look like baby Superman. Black hair and pretty blue eyes.
