Hi ladies. I checked my bp yesterday at the store and it was 150/92. I checked it at the store this morning and it was 145/84. I've had a constant headache and swelling in my hands. I know the numbers aren't too high, but should I call my dr today?
I'd try some magnesium and drinking lots of water to see if that helped. My pre-e related headaches did not budge no matter what I tried. If you can't get it to go away, then call in. If you've swelled beyond being able to see your wrist bones, knuckles, and ankles, definitely call in asap.

i would take a tylenol, lay down, drink water and STOP CHECKING YOUR BP
swelling is very normal at this phase of the game. I looked like a heart failure patient and was told it was normal. And those store monitors are rarely calibrated properly. Don't trust them. Also have to be mindful of the amount of salt eaten before it's checked. I would however trust your doc office numbers. When is your next appt? I would probably wait until then.
I think you may go early though! (those were my end of labor signs 2 weeks or so before delivery)
