That is so awesome you got to see that she is a girl. It is so exciting huh?
So I guess we get to know each other better between now and Dec.

Sorry but I have forgotten what your actual Due Date is.

Okay so just a day before me. It is very exciting we're both having girls.

So when will you have a date for your C-Section? Sometime in October or do they have their schedules out sooner? Does that take some of the nerves away or create more knowing this is the day she will be here?
I think it would be nice to know a date just because the uncertainty of it and waiting once it gets closer will be a killer. But I guess mostly with DH working out of town on a regular basis of a few days a week, I'm afraid he will be out of town when I go into labor. But I know he will hurry back, still I guess I just always figured he'd be the one to take me to the hospital and be there with me the whole time.

What caused you to have to have a C-Section before?

With out local hospital, you dont have any choice if you had a previous C you get to have a repeat. Only if you've had a successful VBAC since the C do you get to try a vaginal delivery. Thats what we get for living in a small town with no NICU.

Yes several times.
We went shopping for stroller, car seat, high chair, play pen about month or more ago. So those are done.

Then last Friday and this week I've been shopping 3 times to Walmart and 2 second hand stores that have stuff in near new condition.
I've got a about 25 outfits for her now. Not including the ones my mom and sis bought for her. I've got some pictures up in the Goodies sub forum. But I'll post some here in a little while of the new stuff I got. I'm doing great because only 3 outfits came from Walmart. The rest I got from the second hand stores for $65.

Next weekend we will be going sopping for the crib because last time, didnt have much luck. Once we get the crib we'll start looking for a dresser. Still up in the air but probably wont do changing table, unless find crib with one attached DH & I like. And will also do Babies R US registry while were there since we have to drive 80-100 miles to get there. Good & bad things of living in small town.

Have you done any shopping yet? Do you have furniture & stuff yet?

So where do you live? Do you like it? Been there long?

That makes sense. We just figure no one would buy big stuff for us so we bought that stuff.

I've been to Florida. The day I spent in Miami wasnt bad but I was only there to get on and off a Cruise Ship, so I dont really know much about it.

Born in a small (but not super small) town, Prescott, in Northern Arizona.
I live in a real small town that I guess would be like a suburb in the big cities about 10 miles from Prescott now.
Its whats called Quad City area because there are 4 towns that all butt up next to each other.

I love Chicago. Visited there all the time growing up. We have family in TN and PA so Chicago was a good mid point to fly into then drive to both. We'd always stay a few days in the Loop and go shopping and walk around.
Best popcorn place ever there. Garretts. Ever had it?
