I don't get headaches very often. With my three year old, I would get them really really bad. I hadn't really had much this time but oh man, I've had a KILLER headache that started yesterday afternoon and just won't quit. I broke down and took a hydrocodone (my OB gave them to me as a substitute for the tramadol that I take for my TMJ every once in awhile) last night and again this morning just because it is SO awful. So I took the hydrocodone, chugged a coke zero, got a back rub from hubby and am waiting for it to get better. Any home remedies or experience that might help??

Oh man, that sounds awful. I don't have any advice but just wanted to say I really hope it gets better for you soon! Hopefully someone will have some other tips for you to try.

Ive been getting headaches too and I only have tylenol which does nothing!! I started taking 2 tylenol and then drinking a caffeinated drink and that seemed to work, and if that didn't take it completely away a steamy shower did!

I get headaches A LOT. Like almost everyday. I take 2 extra strength Tylenol with some soda. Usually that takes it away quick.

Lurking from January DDC... I just asked my midwife about this Monday and she said water intake has a lot to do with it. I thought I drank a lot of water, that's all I drink besides the rare Mt. Dew. So yesterday I felt one coming on and I chugged a bottle of water. I actually uped my water intake throughtout the day also. Anyway the headache didn't get me down yesterday I think I fought it off with the water.

I've gotten them often since becoming pregnant, too. Definitely up your water intake. If you happen to own a juicer, drink a tall glass of celery juice!
