My appointment went well. I met one of the other Dr's in in the OB clinic. He was very nice. He thanked me for being such an easy high risk patient. He says its rare to have some one that is high risk and be so easy. My blood pressure was 115/79. The lowest is has been this whole pregnancy. Baby girls heart beat was 153 and my uterus was right on track, just above my belly button. He was very happy about my sugar numbers. He was not the least bit concerned with the fact that I still weight the same as I did at my first appointment. With past pregnancies I have started getting the lectures around the 20 week mark about my lack of weight gain. So its nice that he doesn't have a problem with it. I tried to convince him to let me go back to being seen every 4 weeks since he said I was such an easy patient but no such luck. He said I will continue going every 2 weeks until 32 weeks when it will become weekly. (He told me that its mandatory that high risk patients been seen every 2 weeks at this point.) I guess that is better than the weekly appt I have been doing the past month. They went ahead and scheduled all my appointment out until September. Overall a pretty good appointment. I have my appt with the MFM Dr on Monday for a repeat level 2 ultrasound to check the babies brain again.
