Low red count means you are anemic which can be very common in pregnancy. You may need to take some extra iron. A high white count with increased neutrophils can indicate infection, it can also be elevated in times of stress. It depends on how high it is. Some can have one just slightly higher than the normal, like one or two points higher and still be completely normal.
